The Wise Horse
Equine Assisted Learning is all about helping people get to know themselves. This is the very first step to becoming a better person; a better mother or father, a better coach or teacher, a better employer...
It allows us to recognise our own emotional state and interact with other people (and animals) from a perspective of awareness, where we are able to respond rather than react.
It allows us to observe and become aware of aspects of ourselves that may not serve us or those around us.
It is the beginning of change to become an improved version of ourselves. And the awesome part is that we are all capable of this ourselves. We just need to take the time, with the right guides, to make it happen.
At The Wise Horse we offer individual and group self awareness and skill building sessions that follow the Equine Psychotherapy Institute's teachings, with the horses there to support us.
