Terms of service

To participate in sessions at The Wise Horse, you must first fill out our Client Profile Form, EAL Learning Agreement Form, and Agreement to Participate in Sessions Form. These forms help us to get to know you and what you want to get out of our sessions as well as protecting our practitioners and clients alike. You can find these forms on our website, your session will not be approved until the forms have been signed and returned.
